Went here on my husband’s recommendation.our eye insurance changed and no longer covers my choice of optometrists. My last experience was with “My Eye Doctor” which is a chain optometrist. Sadly I was not impressed with the service provided there.This was a very personal experience. The staff all very kind and professional. Everything was explained in detail, from insurance coverage, to out of pocket expenses.Their machines are state of the art. It’s a very clean environment. Dr Zayed was very thorough and listened to my concerns, and addressed them all.Would highly recommend and I will def be back.

Every year I go for my annualeye eye check-up and am very happy with the service. With all the high tech machines they can provide, I feel confident to have a thorough and accurate check of my eye sight. Dr Murad is a great professional caring eye doctor. Also, thank for the 20-20-20 rule👍🏻

Highly recommend BocaView Optical on St. Andrews Ave. My eye exam with Dr Andria Garcia Atbar went great. They use high-tech machinery that made the exam go smoothly. The staff were friendly and informative. Renee the optical specialist was amazing in her knowledge on glasses and insurance. Never, ever, have I had someone say try this pair on and instantly love them.

The overall experience is phenomenal. The Boca View team are personable, caring, efficient, and are complimentary to each other. Recently started going here and love how clean it is. Not only that but it was easy to schedule an appt and I was called back right away. I went shopping for new glasses at a local eyewear store. One of the buy one get one free offers. I was quoted $700 for two pair of basic frames and a free eye exam. I was told if I use my insurance I could get one pair of glasses and my co-payment would be $230.00.I went across the street to BOCAVIEW OPTICAL and was greeted by Shirley and she proceeded to show me frames that would fit my face perfectly. Of course I picked out a beautiful pair of Michael Kors frames. As she was checking my insurance I told her that I was told I had a $230 copay for frames and lenses. As she added up the cost of the frames, lenses, 2-year scratch resistance guarantee and a free eye exam I walked out the door with a beautiful pair of glasses and it cost me $42.00!!!! I was able to see Dr. Z the same day and was very impressed with the thorough exam I received. I would highly recommend Bocaview Optical!!!!

THE BEST! Top tier customer service. I walked in and was immediately greeted with a warm welcome. I saw Dr. Garcia for an eye exam. She was polite, knowledgeable, and funny! Dr. Garcia made the exam a fun experience and answered all questions that I had without any hesitation. She has a great energy and is honestly the best eye doctor I have ever been to. I highly recommend seeing Dr. Garcia. The associate named Rachel was the most genuine and kind person I have ever met. Rachel went out of her way to help me and made sure I was comfortable with every decision throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond, exceeded all expectations.

Miguel promptly greated me upon arrival and made me feel very welcome. I've been coming here for about three years now and will not go to any other optometrist. Sometimes, you will see a different one from year to year, but that is fine with me. All the records are kept in their system, so any doctor can just pick up and work with you. As for the opticians, they really take the time to work with you. I can't speak highly enough about David and Miguel. Both are professional opticians and work with you to ensure you get the right frames and if there's an issue they work with you until the issue is resolved. My husband and I highly recommend Bocaview Optical for your vision needs. Oh and the selection of frames is outstanding.

I did that one thing all glasses owners know not to do. I slept in them! And of course, they bent out of shape! Boca View Optical is near my office so I stopped in at lunch. Dec 29 one day before leaving on a holiday cruise I lost a part on my Maui Jim glasses which happen to be my prescription glasses . I went to Bocaview Optical at Mizner they didn't have the part but went out of they're way to find what I needed at another branch. When I arrived at 21126 St Andrew's branch Shirley Melendez was waiting for me and within five minutes I was on my way.Now that's excellent customer service, a retired customer service banker myself I would definitely recommend this company to everyone .....

We needed to repack the frame which had cracked but we also needed to keep the protective lenses. Renee and Jennifer checked out every frame in the store to find the one that fit the lenses. This was time consuming but they made it happen. We were thrilled with the result and we're so happy we went to Bacaoptical.
