I went shopping for new glasses at a local eyewear store. One of the buy one get one free offers. I was quoted $700 for two pair of basic frames and a free eye exam. I was told if I use my insurance I could get one pair of glasses and my co-payment would be $230.00.I went across the street to BOCAVIEW OPTICAL and was greeted by Shirley and she proceeded to show me frames that would fit my face perfectly. Of course I picked out a beautiful pair of Michael Kors frames. As she was checking my insurance I told her that I was told I had a $230 copay for frames and lenses. As she added up the cost of the frames, lenses, 2-year scratch resistance guarantee and a free eye exam I walked out the door with a beautiful pair of glasses and it cost me $42.00!!!! I was able to see Dr. Z the same day and was very impressed with the thorough exam I received. I would highly recommend Bocaview Optical!!!!

I had the best experience I’ve ever had getting glasses. Dr Z is very knowledgeable and helped me a lot with a dry eye issue I was having as well. Rachel was the best ever at helping me find glasses that I liked. She is very caring and patient. I highly recommend them!

THE BEST! Top tier customer service. I walked in and was immediately greeted with a warm welcome. I saw Dr. Garcia for an eye exam. She was polite, knowledgeable, and funny! Dr. Garcia made the exam a fun experience and answered all questions that I had without any hesitation. She has a great energy and is honestly the best eye doctor I have ever been to. I highly recommend seeing Dr. Garcia. The associate named Rachel was the most genuine and kind person I have ever met. Rachel went out of her way to help me and made sure I was comfortable with every decision throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond, exceeded all expectations.

Miguel promptly greated me upon arrival and made me feel very welcome. He was able to advise me on the most appropriate frames for my sons - flexible, sports frames that had never been mentioned to me before. I've been coming here for about three years now and will not go to any other optometrist. Sometimes, you will see a different one from year to year, but that is fine with me. All the records are kept in their system, so any doctor can just pick up and work with you. As for the opticians, they really take the time to work with you. I can't speak highly enough about David and Miguel. Both are professional opticians and work with you to ensure you get the right frames and if there's an issue they work with you until the issue is resolved. My husband and I highly recommend Bocaview Optical for your vision needs. Oh and the selection of frames is outstanding.

Dec 29 one day before leaving on a holiday cruise I lost a part on my Maui Jim glasses which happen to be my prescription glasses . I went to Bocaview Optical at Mizner they didn't have the part but went out of they're way to find what I needed at another branch. When I arrived at 21126 St Andrew's branch Shirley Melendez was waiting for me and within five minutes I was on my way.Now that's excellent customer service, a retired customer service banker myself I would definitely recommend this company to everyone .....

Update: Oct 2022 - outstanding & prompt service. Free replacement of glasses due to chipped lense. Thank you!2021-The initial appointment was fantastic. Staff friendly; and Dr Beck kind. However my expectation of ‘same day glasses’ to 7-10 work days was disappointed; and now a few more days. What? What’s a few more days? The wait is extremely disappointing as it probably leads to a 3 week wait. Bocaview may have to elect another lab/vendor if they can’t keep up with the demand; or at least change their promises!

Dr. Zayed and his team (Valerie, Opticians Jessica and Miguel) took OUTSTANDING care of my daughter and myself. (My daughter had a fantastic blond technician) The office is clean and friendly. The state of the art equipment eliminated the need for uncomfortable and annoying pupil dilation. We both left the office with comfortable contact lenses that was a vast improvement in vision to our old and outdated prescriptions. I gotta say, I’ve been getting glasses for over 10 years and this was the easiest and most attentive experience I’ve ever had. I did the check in process online and filled out all my insurance information so when I got here the eye specialist and the doctor saw me right away. The doctor was extremely attentive and educational, and as he was showing me what lenses were better he also explained why and how they affect my vision. He explained how he could tell the health of my eyes and what certain factors meant. Jessica then helped me pick out my glasses and helped me get the best coverage with my insurance. I’m definitely coming back here and recommending this place to others!!

First time visit from a friend's suggestion. I was blown away at all of the technology they have for eyes. Then seeing Dr Zayed, who was very knowledgeable and friendly, then showing me all of the images from the equipment. It was amazing, for as long as I've had glasses I've never had scans like this and then were shown images. I've already referred 2 of my friends and will continue. When I picked up my glasses, Miguel also very friendly, spent a few extra minutes with me to make sure I was comfortable before I left. Great doctors, very friendly staff. I would highly recommend.
